



“Photo E.R." can bring life to the best of your old black and white or sepia toned photographs by adding that missing element, color. Photographs up to the early 60’s were primarily black and white or toned to produce a sepia image. Early color photos were also very unstable and over time reverted to black and white or hardly any image at all. In the 1930’s and 1940’s techniques were developed to hand paint the image with transparent colors to simulate a limited full color appearance.
Taught by his mother, a photo artist of the 1940’s, Ken learned the technique before grade school and with the color pallets available through digital manipulation; "Photo E.R." has refined this process to new levels.
