"Photo E.R." will not proceed with any photographic restoration or other service without first providing you with a firm quote and obtaining your approval.

In particular, photographs with extensive damage, oxidizing, detailed replacement and special manipulations require extensive time to obtain the excellent results that you expect.

We take the time to study your material and diagnose the extent of the damage and effort required for recovery. "Photo E.R." will reply to your request within 48 hours and maintain your request on file for 30 days awaiting your response. We are available for phone consultation and welcome the opportunity to service you through the entire process.

If your restoration is the result of an insurance loss, we will work directly with your agent/adjuster to handle all the restoration requirements. We will act as your personal liaison in securing all arrangements.

If we determine that your material is unsalvageable, we will provide suggestions and will not attempt to undertake a project that will not reach our standards and your satisfaction.

"Photo E.R." reserves the right to refuse any restoration that entails material illegal in nature or that is deemed in poor taste.

In most cases, we can provide you with a firm estimate from uploaded scans of your material. If in the case of delicate originals, we will arrange for shipment to our office for evaluation if we undertake the work we will absorb your shipping costs.
